Second Chair Advisory LLC provides business valuation tools and market intelligence through its Exit Lab platform. These tools generate estimated valuation ranges and exit readiness assessments for informational and educational purposes only.

Second Chair Advisory does not act as a broker, M&A advisor, investment advisor, or fiduciary. We do not broker deals, represent buyers or sellers, charge transaction fees, or provide formal business appraisals.

No Guarantees on Valuations

The valuation estimates provided by Exit Lab tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute:

• A formal business appraisal
• An offer to purchase your business
• A guarantee of sale price
• Financial, legal, or tax advice

Referral Network

When users of our tools choose to explore next steps, Second Chair Advisory may introduce them to qualified professionals from our partner network, including M&A advisors, private equity firms, search funds, business brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and business consultants.

These introductions are made with the user's consent. Second Chair Advisory is not responsible for the services, advice, or outcomes provided by any third-party professional in our network. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any professional.

Not a Broker-Dealer

Second Chair Advisory LLC is not a registered broker-dealer. We operate under the M&A broker exemption provided by Exchange Act Section 15(b)(13). All M&A transactions are referred to and executed by licensed professionals.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, methodologies, and materials on our websites are the property of Second Chair Advisory LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
